Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of Japanese cuisine experience
- solid knowledge of all seafood product as well as food and be able to skilfully apply culinary techniques
- exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality

- manage inventory and food storage
