Job Description
A restaurant is seeking a Sushi Chef to prepare sauces and sushi items for guests at the sushi bar, ensuring a fun and inviting experience while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. The chef works in front of guests, greets them, prepares a variety of foods, responds to guest requests and ensures food quality and service satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass the Company's sushi chef training program and cooking procedures
- Previous experience as a sushi chef highly desirable
- Culinary degree a plus
- Approved food handling training as required by local laws
