Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and unify a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be a self-starter with a genuine interest in people
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong culinary knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to develop and execute inventive menus

Job Duties

  • Align culinary team to achieve excellence in all food and beverage aspects
  • Develop and mentor a unified team of hospitalitarians
  • Create and oversee restaurant menu and identity
  • Ensure food is prepared properly and safely
  • Manage back-of-house and kitchen operations
  • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Lead recipe development and execution with high standards of detail and quality
