Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety
- Ability to lead, motivate, and unify a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be a self-starter with a genuine interest in people
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
- Strong culinary knowledge and expertise
- Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to develop and execute inventive menus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Align culinary team to achieve excellence in all food and beverage aspects
- Develop and mentor a unified team of hospitalitarians
- Create and oversee restaurant menu and identity
- Ensure food is prepared properly and safely
- Manage back-of-house and kitchen operations
- Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
- Lead recipe development and execution with high standards of detail and quality
