The role of Procurement Strategy Manager within HelloFresh's Produce Team is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sourcing professional to oversee assigned produce categories and manage all aspects of the supply chain. The successful candidate will have a critical role in shaping the national supply network by leading category management, supplier negotiations, price planning, and vendor onboarding. This position demands strong strategic sourcing skills and a decisive ability to manage weekly budgetary goals while ensuring the highest quality ingredients remain consistent with company standards.

Responsibilities include full ownership of produce categories, building relationships with a diverse array of suppliers to enhance performance compliance, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The position also involves proactive quality management of produce specifications and collaboration with procurement operations to refine contract compliance tracking. A key component of this role is leadership and project management, requiring effective communication skills to coordinate solutions across functions and with upper management.

Candidates for this role will bring at least 4 years of procurement or sourcing leadership experience, preferably within the Food or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, supported by an educational background in supply chain, business, engineering, or related fields. The ability to travel up to 25% and occasional weekend work are part of the role's requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is also expected. HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $101,430 to $135,000 USD for this position, along with a robust benefits package.
