  • Prior experience as a sous chef or senior line cook in a high-quality culinary setting
  • Strong hands-on leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and support team development
  • High attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
  • Ability to work early mornings and occasional evenings/weekends
  • ServSafe certified highly desirable
  • Degree in culinary arts or culinary certificate and required experience
  • High-volume culinary and kitchen management experience preferred
  • Catering experience required
  • Must be experienced with computers including Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, and internet

Job Qualifications
