Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
- Ten years of progressive back-of-house food service management experience
- Multi-unit culinary management experience
- Three years of P&L and budget management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Hands-on management approach
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
- Ten years of progressive BOH food service management experience
- Multi-unit culinary management experience
- Culinary experience in a senior living setting preferred
- Three years P&L / budget experience
- Expert knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
- Hands-on manager
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to travel approximately 80%
Job Duties
- Develops and implements operational, regional, and corporate culinary plans
- Provides hands-on training programs to assure consistency of programs across the region
- Develops the Culinary Support Team (Regional Chefs) within the Region
- Routinely conducts unit visits and completes required reporting according to policy
- Participates in the sales process and acquisition of new business
- Manages SG&A budget in a fiscally responsible manner
- Complies with all regulatory agency (local, state, federal) as well as department sanitation policies
