The Spa Concierge role at Archer Hotel Napa offers a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded establishment within the LodgeWorks portfolio, a privately held hotel development and management company known for its 35+ year history of excellence and strong family culture. LodgeWorks manages a diverse collection of 18 hotels across the United States, including the prestigious Archer Hotel boutique collection and well-known brands such as Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Aloft, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn. The role involves assisting the Spa Manager and Spa Supervisor in managing the spa’s day-to-day activities, including guest check-in, scheduling appointments, coordinating with spa providers, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating seamless and attentive service experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards. You will efficiently manage scheduling systems to optimize the spa's capacity and ensure smooth operations, while also addressing guest inquiries and promoting the health and wellness benefits of the spa menu. Your professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude will significantly contribute to maintaining the spa's reputation for exceptional guest service.

This position requires a team player who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Candidates with at least one year of experience in spa or luxury hospitality settings are preferred, along with proficiency in technology platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Meevo, and Lightspeed. The ability to handle guest interactions with warmth and confidence, alongside a dedication to upholding strict sanitation and hygiene standards, is essential.

Joining Archer Hotel Napa as a Spa Concierge not only means becoming part of a prestigious hotel but also joining the broader LodgeWorks family, where hospitality is at the core of everything they do. This role provides an excellent platform for individuals passionate about wellness, luxury service, and creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant and evolving environment. With an emphasis on teamwork, continuous training, and professional growth, the Spa Concierge position is ideal for those looking to advance their careers within the hospitality and spa industry.
