This full-time position, based at the Good Shepherd Center Valley, offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience, with a four-day workweek totaling 32 hours. The role of Culinary Team Lead, also known as Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager, is designed for motivated culinary professionals eager to advance their careers by refining their culinary skills and expanding leadership capabilities.
