Job Requirements

  • Possess an undergraduate or higher degree from an accredited college
  • Have three years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Obtain SERV Safe Food Safety Management Training certification within 60 days of hire
  • Obtain TIPS Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays during peak summer season
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds to a height of 3.5 feet
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to work in different outdoor temperatures including extreme heat and cold
  • Strong communication and public relations skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure
