Job Description
A prestigious hotel is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to efficiently oversee and train kitchen associates, ensuring top-quality food production for both restaurants and banquets. The role focuses on maintaining standards in timing, portions, food quality, and sanitation/cleanliness, as well as inventory management and menu creation in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen leadership role
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- high work ethic and self-initiative
- strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite
- regular attendance
- basic computational ability
- ability to work in high-pressure environments and maintain excellent relationships with staff and guests
