Job Description

A prestigious hotel is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to efficiently oversee and train kitchen associates, ensuring top-quality food production for both restaurants and banquets. The role focuses on maintaining standards in timing, portions, food quality, and sanitation/cleanliness, as well as inventory management and menu creation in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
