Job Description

The University of Washington's Housing & Food Services (HFS) is seeking a Sous Chef, Residential Dining to assist with the day-to-day culinary operations for a large multi-concept residential dining facility on the Seattle Campus. The Sous Chef will work under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine and General Manager, leading production and ensuring compliance with policies, recipes, and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
  • minimum of one year of management experience in the food service industry
  • excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
