This established company is currently seeking a skilled and energetic Sous Chef to join their Culinary Department at a facility level. The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in the successful operation and management of culinary services, working closely with the Executive Chef to supervise preparation, cooking, and the development of innovative menu items. This position is dynamic and entrepreneurial in nature, ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality. The Sous Chef will assist with managing food costs, controlling expenditures, and ensuring high standards of food production and presentation. Additionally, the role includes supervision of hourly kitchen associates and collaboration on ordering and menu planning.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, classified under Pay Grade 12.
