Job Description

BGCM is seeking a professional Sous Chef to support the Culinary Director in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through culinary expertise and managerial skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary science from an accredited university
  • Ability to provide necessary licenses or certifications for food production and management
  • 3 years of formal culinary experience or food service management at a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Demonstrated experience using kitchen equipment and strong understanding of cooking methods, food preparation, and sanitation procedures
