- experience in menu planning and recipe development
- knowledge of dietary restrictions
- ability to work full-time Sunday through Wednesday
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage budgets and inventory

- familiarity with kitchen maintenance sanitation standards and cost control
- valid food handler certification
Job Duties
- develop weekly menus that accommodate dietary needs including vegetarian vegan gluten-free and low-sodium options
- curate meals that are nutritious and appealing for clients and staff
- manage and adhere to kitchen culinary and equipment budgets
- maintain inventory and place supply orders as needed
- ensure all kitchen operations meet food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness in accordance with health department regulations
- collaborate with the team while independently managing kitchen operations
