  • experience in menu planning and recipe development
  • knowledge of dietary restrictions
  • ability to work full-time Sunday through Wednesday
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage budgets and inventory

  • familiarity with kitchen maintenance sanitation standards and cost control
  • valid food handler certification

Job Duties

  • develop weekly menus that accommodate dietary needs including vegetarian vegan gluten-free and low-sodium options
  • curate meals that are nutritious and appealing for clients and staff
  • manage and adhere to kitchen culinary and equipment budgets
  • maintain inventory and place supply orders as needed
  • ensure all kitchen operations meet food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness in accordance with health department regulations
  • collaborate with the team while independently managing kitchen operations
