Job Description
Barton Creek Country Club, a prestigious hospitality establishment known for its personalized service to members and high standards, is currently seeking a Sous Chef for the Foothills Grill. Job Requirements
- 3-5 years previous culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment
- proven culinary skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate staff
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, creativity, and awareness of new food trends
- computer literacy, detail-oriented, basic mathematical skills, and financial report understanding
- experience in managing payroll and scheduling
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- college education and/or culinary degree preferred
- Texas Food Handler/Serve Safe certified food manager required
- physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry weight, stand for extended periods, and utilize culinary tools
