Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of kitchen management
- Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Ensure the kitchen is spotless and ready to pass the white glove test
- Manage kitchen operations aligning with business goals
- Maintain adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory and supply management
