Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of kitchen management
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Ensure the kitchen is spotless and ready to pass the white glove test
  • Manage kitchen operations aligning with business goals
  • Maintain adherence to safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee inventory and supply management
