Job Description

Olla Cocina is a contemporary Mexican restaurant located in downtown San Jose's popular San Pedro Square. The cuisine and bar program draw inspiration from many regions across Mexico and use seasonal California ingredients. It offers a fun and shareable menu of traditional favorites, signature cocktails, and local beers and wine on tap.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and leadership qualities are essential. Basic computer skills and proficiency in basic mathematical calculations are required.
