This responsibility includes supervising food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and company standards, managing inventory and ordering processes, and upholding stringent food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local and state health regulations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years culinary experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Experience with Japanese cuisine, especially ramen and sushi preparation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Proficient in inventory and cost management
  • Ability to schedule and manage a kitchen team
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe and related certifications
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
