Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian chef or cook in a high-volume environment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian culinary traditions spices and cooking methods
- Strong creativity and ability to develop new recipes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Proficient organizational skills and capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
- Effective communication and leadership skills for managing kitchen personnel
- At least 2-3 years of post-high school education preferably a culinary degree

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a wide array of authentic Indian dishes including curries tandoori specialties and biryanis
- Create innovative recipes while maintaining the authenticity and quality of traditional Indian cuisine
- Ensure high standards of food preparation presentation and hygiene
- Oversee kitchen operations including ingredient sourcing inventory management and equipment upkeep
- Train and supervise kitchen staff for smooth operational processes and compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design menus plan special events and customize offerings for dietary needs
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistent taste flavor and texture of all dishes
