Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience with management responsibilities in fine dining, high-end restaurant kitchens, or high-volume catering operations
  • passion for seasonal ingredients, modern culinary techniques, and elevated presentation
  • knowledge of food and labor cost management, menu design, inventory control, food safety, and sanitation
  • proficient in Word and Excel
  • ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
