The role demands a commitment to upholding culinary standards, nurturing positive working relationships across departments, and continually seeking opportunities to strengthen the team both internally and externally. This position is key to delivering an exceptional guest experience while cultivating a supportive and thriving work environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $78,000 annually, with additional eligibility for a performance-based bonus, reflecting the importance of experience and impact brought to the team. The compensation package is complemented by comprehensive health benefits, generous paid time off including parental leave, retirement savings plans, wellness programs, dining credits and discounts across USHG’s family of restaurants, and numerous other benefits designed to support work-life balance and professional development.

Joining the team at Revel & Rye and Broadway Lounge means becoming part of a culture dedicated to hospitality as a team sport, with an emphasis on humility, excellence, generosity, and responsibility. The company’s core behaviors encourage employees to connect meaningfully with others, embrace learning from challenges, and always contribute positively to their workplace and community.
