Job Description

The University of St. Thomas Dining Services is seeking an internal candidate to fill the position of Catering Sous Chef, working directly for the university on a full-time basis throughout the year. The position offers competitive pay of up to $25.00 an hour.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of advanced level food preparation experience in a hotel, university, resort, or comparable hospitality industry setting
  • successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Serv Safe certification preferred
