Job Requirements

  • Two plus years of management experience in upscale restaurant setting
  • Food handler's card where required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff with focus on business goals
  • Ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness standards and passes the white glove test
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulations
  • Manage inventory and monitor food quality
