Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • basic computer proficiency preferred

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen

  • supervise set-up and food production to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • conduct line checks, testing, training, and ensure recipe adherence
  • oversee expo management, cook times, and cooking processes
  • present quality food ensuring menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
