Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a kitchen management or lead cook position
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards and preparation methods
  • ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • flexibility to work different shifts
  • effective English communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as kitchen manager or lead line cook in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Leading the hourly kitchen team members in every capacity and developing them into future sous chefs
  • oversee daily operations of the kitchen
  • supervise line and prep employees
  • fill in as needed in every station
  • expedite and assist with purchasing product
  • ensure all meals meet restaurant standards for quality, consistency, and taste
  • provide training for all staff and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes, and sanitation
  • control food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction
