This Sous Chef position plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation for the guests. The candidate will ensure all meals prepared in the kitchen meet defined standards for taste, visual appeal, portion control, and cost efficiency. The Sous Chef is responsible for staff training to uphold corporate quality benchmarks, creating and enforcing food specifications, recipes, sanitation practices, and operational procedures. Controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction forms a key responsibility of this role. Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience
