Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years experience in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant with at least 2 years in a kitchen leadership role
- valid driver's license with no traffic violations within the last 3 years
- prior upscale restaurant and golf/country club experience is a plus
