Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of sous chef experience and 5+ years of overall kitchen experience
  • culinary degree preferred
  • extensive knowledge of culinary fundamentals including knife skills, butchery, sauces, and all kitchen stations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • experience in supervising, training, and motivating employees at various levels
  • familiarity with the food industry, restaurant dynamics, and revenue management
  • adept at assessing employee performance and contributing to financial and operational goal-setting.
