Job Description
Perry's is a fine dining restaurant known for its exceptional culinary experience and outstanding service based in an environment of professionalism, respect, and teamwork. The Sous Chef position at Perry's involves managing all aspects of the kitchen, food preparation, and service operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef and General Manager, ensuring the accurate creation and presentation of all food items served to guests, maintaining quality and accuracy in food preparation, butchering all proteins, managing kitchen staff, handling back-of-house operations, and maintaining inventory levels and quality while upholding a professional and welcoming attitude at all times.
