Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Resort Sous Chef to work in a fast-paced and exciting hospitality environment, managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, overseeing food preparation, inventory levels, scheduling, and employee training to deliver high-quality service to guests.

Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchens
  • flexibility for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
