Job Description
Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Resort Sous Chef to work in a fast-paced and exciting hospitality environment, managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, overseeing food preparation, inventory levels, scheduling, and employee training to deliver high-quality service to guests.
Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchens
- flexibility for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
