Job Description

The Sous Chef position at this high-end restaurant or resort restaurant involves supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team to deliver high-quality, great tasting food while ensuring food safety, profitability, and top line sales. The role also focuses on maintaining menu excellence and overall quality in the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
