Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Significant experience in kitchen shift operations, food preparation, compliance with food and beverage standards, and supervising kitchen staff. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead and coordinate culinary activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure exceptional customer service. Familiarity with safety procedures, employee performance appraisal, and human resource activities. Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential for this role.
