Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-volume, batch-cooking experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • passionate about food and team development
  • experienced in a range of cuisines, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
  • organized, solutions-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • deep knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene protocols
  • tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and culinary software
  • experience with recipe scaling, production planning, and inventory control
  • excellent communication skills
  • positive, calm, and professional demeanor
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
