Sous Chef

ONE K RAW in Brickell area is currently seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining, with expertise in seafood and protein. Proficiency in Marketman and Excel, as well as using Toast and 7 Shifts, is required. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, assisting with menu planning and inventory, maintaining food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
