Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef in menu creation and daily food preparation
  • Ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory, order ingredients, and control food costs
  • Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with management to implement new culinary ideas and seasonal specials
