Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and production standards
  • Experience supervising staff in a food service environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work varying day shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior culinary experience preferably in scratch cooking
  • Ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle peak production periods
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensure all production deadlines are met
  • Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Store food in designated areas adhering to corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints courteously
  • Monitor inventory and deliveries, track production, consumption, and waste
  • Perform other duties as assigned
