Job Requirements

- Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production standards
- Experience supervising staff in a food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work varying day shifts

- Ability to work flexible hours and handle peak production periods
- Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all production deadlines are met
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Store food in designated areas adhering to corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints courteously
- Monitor inventory and deliveries, track production, consumption, and waste
- Perform other duties as assigned
