Job Requirements

  • Ability to champion and enhance food and workplace safety culture
  • Relevant culinary education or substantial professional experience
  • Kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
  • Passion for food quality and hospitality
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Computer proficiency including Google Suite
  • ServSafe Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, quality food service environment
  • Demonstrated passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including Google Suite
  • Experience managing in a union environment is a plus
  • ServSafe Certification required

Job Duties

  • Lead food and workplace safety including allergen management to ensure guest well-being
  • Execute and refine culinary vision to enhance the dining experience
  • Adhere to menu, production, and preparation guidelines to maintain operational flow
  • Prepare and present balanced meals to fuel and delight users
  • Set and maintain standards for genuinely friendly and engaging hospitality
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members fostering continuous learning
  • Support sustainable sourcing in line with food purchasing standards
