Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of culinary experience with prior supervisory roles
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must demonstrate basic cooking skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Prefer culinary education or relevant training

Job Duties
- Manage and assist hourly cooks to ensure food is prepped and prepared according to menu guidelines and quality standards
- Coordinate kitchen operations focusing on banquet and restaurant settings
- Communicate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams
- Produce consistent, high-quality food products in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Train employees on department standards and hold them accountable
- Monitor payroll costs and manage overtime
