Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, cost of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions during KM/Chef absence including preparation, service, and clean-up
- Estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume changes
- Partner with KM/Chef or General Manager to resolve disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
- Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation standards
- Supervise and oversee food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- Assist Chef in kitchen equipment maintenance and Department of Health sanitation audits
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
