Job Requirements
- proven recent work history working in a high-volume, upscale, polished dining environment ($6M+ annual revenue)
- 3+ years in a stable, progressive work history and track record as a Sous Chef
- strong BOH experience to include ordering, inventory, food & labor cost control
- creative problem solver with a calm presence under pressure

Job Duties
- support and exude a mindset and our “hungry, humble, smart” culture
- BOH operations: maintain recipe consistency, food quality, and waste control
- practice and maintain high cleanliness and safety
- maintain par levels, ordering systems, and inventory control to manage food and labor costs effectively
- practice and support BOH cost control initiatives to hit P&L targets and budgets
- mentor and develop kitchen staff to build high-performance teams
- partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and the dining room
- develop an understanding of beverage offerings, including wine, to complement menu pairings
- represent and uphold values of authenticity, innovation, and leadership in every decision
