Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in culinary leadership
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

- Availability for day and night shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in culinary leadership
- Culinary arts degree preferred
- Five years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Multi-unit or multi-venue experience preferred
Job Duties
- Work with the Executive Chef to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs
- Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner
- Resolve customer concerns
- Monitor and record inventory and order new supplies if required
- Provide support to culinary staff with line cooking, food preparation and dish plating
- Train new kitchen staff to meet business and kitchen standards
- Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate performance
- Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- May recruit, interview, and discipline staff under the direction of the Executive Chef
