Job Requirements

- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years related work experience
- 2-year Culinary Degree or 4-year Hospitality degree with 4 or more years of related work experience
- Advanced knife skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Lead culinarian in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Assure proper sanitation practices are followed by cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
- Coordinate with related food and beverage departments for smooth kitchen operation
- Maintain accurate records of all food ingredients used
- Support the Executive Chef in menu creation and implementation
- Supervise and train other cooks on a one-to-one basis
- Directly supervise day-to-day kitchen functions when Executive Chef is absent
