Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
- Understanding of business operations and financials
- Ability to manage shifts including decision making and scheduling
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Familiarity with POS systems and online reservation platforms
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Eligibility to work in the United States
