Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
Understanding of business operations and financials
Ability to manage shifts including decision making and scheduling
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Familiarity with POS systems and online reservation platforms
Ability to lead and develop teams
Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
Strong knowledge of food ingredients and culinary techniques
Proficient in POS and reservation systems
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
