Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years experience in a culinary role
ability to work full-time
knowledge of food safety standards
strong organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
team player mentality

Job Qualifications

culinary degree or equivalent experience
prior experience in hospitals, hotels, banquet, or senior housing preferred
strong culinary and artistic skills
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to manage a kitchen team
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

assist in preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner for residents
collaborate with Executive Chef to plan menus
ensure compliance with health and safety standards
manage kitchen staff and daily operations
maintain inventory and order supplies
create visually appealing and nutritious meals
adhere to dietary restrictions and preferences
