Job Requirements

  • An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in an upscale environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creativity and innovation
  • Proven ability to assist in achieving sales targets and managing financials
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to collaborate on research and development (R&D) for new food offerings
  • Capability to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Ensure the execution of a diverse menu catering to various tastes and dietary needs
  • Collaborate in research and development (R&D) for new food offerings and seasonal menu updates
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety across the back of house
  • Support achievement of sales targets and manage kitchen financials
