Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials
  • ability to manage shifts including scheduling and planning
  • knowledge of food flavors, aromas, and characteristics
  • ability to maintain product quality and cleanliness
  • capacity to perform well in a high-volume environment
  • familiarity with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
  • ability to coach and lead a team
