  • maintaining general sanitation and food safety in the kitchen
  • creating and sustaining a safe, fun and productive work environment
  • serving as a role model for all cooking staff and skill sets adhering to professional chef standards
  • managing kitchen operations during shifts including scheduling and task delegation
  • ensuring compliance with all food handling and health regulations
