- previous sous chef experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

- ensuring quality preparation and presentation of menu items as per Ruth's Chris Steak House standards, recipes and procedures
- maintaining general sanitation and food safety in the kitchen
- creating and sustaining a safe, fun and productive work environment
- serving as a role model for all cooking staff and skill sets adhering to professional chef standards
- managing kitchen operations during shifts including scheduling and task delegation
- ensuring compliance with all food handling and health regulations
