Job Requirements

Positive, can do personality
At least 2 years of experience as a Head or Sole Chef on a vessel of similar size or larger
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to take a drug test prior to employment
Up to date STCW, ENG1, FHL3
Schengen Visa

Job Qualifications

At least two years of experience as a Head or Sole Chef on a similar or larger vessel
Familiarity with healthy cuisine and dietary requirements
Knowledge of maritime health and safety standards including STCW, ENG1, FHL3 certifications
Valid Schengen Visa
Strong culinary skills and creativity
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Positive and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals for owners and guests
Plan menus focusing on healthy cuisine including special dietary requirements
Manage provisioning and inventory of kitchen supplies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas following maritime health and safety standards
Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth daily operations onboard
Monitor food quality and presentation consistent with guest preferences
Adapt quickly to changes in itinerary and guest needs during world cruising
