We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Social Media & Creative Manager (In-house Creative & Social Lead) to join our esteemed team. This role serves as the visual and editorial storyteller of The Fifth Avenue Hotel’s brand across all owned digital platforms. The Social Media & Creative Manager is responsible for curating and executing compelling content that captures the hotel’s magical energy while maintaining a consistent luxury brand image. This role focuses heavily on on-property content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design. The successful candidate will have an innate ability to translate the hotel’s distinct aesthetic, tone, and cultural relevance into visual stories that engage an international audience.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with the Creative Director, Copywriter, and various hotel operations teams, this position drives the organic social media strategy, ensuring alignment between brand campaigns and property programming. The Social Media & Creative Manager will orchestrate content calendars, manage daily social platform interactions, and stay on top of digital trends and platform updates to maximize global brand awareness.
The candidate will work dynamically on-site to capture high-quality photo and video assets and manage external creators when necessary. They will play a key role in supporting marketing collateral creation and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, this position requires a proactive approach to data analytics, interpreting performance metrics to inform continuous growth strategies for The Fifth on digital platforms.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative design, communications, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in content creation or creative brand roles
- strong proficiency in photography and video production
- excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and mobile editing apps
- ability to manage and collaborate with external creatives and freelancers
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to move around the property for content capture
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Design, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in content creation or creative brand roles, preferably in luxury hospitality, high-end lifestyle, or premium luxury sectors
- Exceptional visual sensibility and sharp design eye with natural storytelling instincts
- Deep technical understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, content formats, and performance analytics
- Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality, engaging photo and video content tailored for social-first platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and advanced mobile editing applications
- Experience managing and collaborating with freelancers, production crews, and external creative partners
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance creativity with results in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the hotel’s organic social media strategy across platforms including Instagram and emerging channels to drive global brand awareness
- Stay deeply informed on platform trends, content formats, and digital shifts while maintaining strict luxury brand discipline
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Director of Marketing to map out comprehensive content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and property programming
- Manage day-to-day community engagement to cultivate an active, inspired, and loyal digital audience
- Capture visually compelling on-property content including photography, video, and graphics that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and energy
- Direct and execute photo and short-form video shoots focusing on interior/exterior design, food and beverage, lifestyle, events, and cultural programming
- Edit and deliver high-quality social-first photo and video assets in a timely and agile manner
- Manage external creative partners, freelancers, and collaborators to maintain the brand’s visual library
- Partner with Food & Beverage and operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
- Support PR, influencer relations, and creator collaborations to maintain visual consistency and brand alignment
- Oversee design and creation of brand-aligned marketing collateral and digital assets
- Monitor and analyze key organic performance metrics and compile comprehensive monthly reports
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies for continuous channel growth
