Intermediate ski or snowboard experience is preferred due to the location, which allows individuals to combine their love of the mountain lifestyle with professional growth in the hospitality industry.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 14
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English reading writing and communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to adhere to food safety procedures and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months kitchen experience preferred
  • Idaho Food Safety Certification training provided

Job Duties

  • Execute all food preparation tasks in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
  • Efficiently cook and assemble a variety of menu items
  • Maintain clean kitchen and organized pantry and cooler
  • Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Adhere strictly to all health safety and sanitation regulations including proper food handling storage and cleaning procedures
  • Assist with general kitchen duties including dishwashing and receiving deliveries
  • Perform other duties as assigned
